Yes — because our hair is 100% human, it can be colored, bleached, and toned just like your natural hair. We recommend going to a professional colorist for bleaching, and always do a strand test first. Avoid repeated bleaching as it can dry out the hair over time.

Yes. All of our human hair products are heat-safe and can be flat ironed, curled, or blow-dried. Always use a heat protectant spray and keep your iron below 400°F (200°C) to preserve the hair's longevity and shine.

A lace front wig has lace only along the front hairline (typically 2–4 inches), giving a natural-looking hairline while the rest of the cap uses a weft construction. A full lace wig has lace across the entire cap, allowing you to part the hair anywhere and style it in a high ponytail or updo. Full lace wigs offer more versatility but typically cost more.

HD (High Definition) lace is a thinner, more transparent lace that blends seamlessly with all skin tones without needing tinting. It creates an undetectable hairline and is ideal if you want the most natural, skin-melting look. Standard lace may need to be tinted to match your skin tone.

Density refers to how thick the hair is: 150% is a natural, everyday look. 180% gives a fuller, more glamorous appearance. 200%–250% is very thick and dramatic. For your first wig, 150% is the most natural and manageable. Most of our wigs come at 150%–180% density.

With proper care, our wigs and bundles can last 1–3 years or longer. Daily wear wigs typically last 1–1.5 years. Bundles installed as a sew-in can last 6–12 weeks per install. The key factors are how often you wear them, how well you maintain them, and how frequently you wash and condition.

No — our glueless wigs come with adjustable straps and combs that secure the wig without any adhesive. If you want a completely flat, secure hold for long wear, you can optionally use wig glue or got2b spray along the hairline. Always do a skin patch test before using any adhesive.

1. Put the wig on and position it at your natural hairline. 2. Use sharp scissors to carefully cut the excess lace as close to the hairline as possible — cut in a zigzag pattern for the most natural look. 3. Apply foundation or concealer to the lace to match your skin tone. 4. Use a hair dryer on low heat to melt the lace down flat. 5. Optional: lay your baby hairs with a soft brush and edge control.

We do not recommend swimming with your wig on as chlorine and saltwater can damage both the lace and the hair. For showering, if your wig is installed with a strong adhesive, you can shower carefully — but we recommend removing the wig before washing your natural hair underneath.

Hair bundles can be installed by a licensed stylist as a sew-in weave, a quick weave, or a tape-in. We recommend visiting a professional stylist for installation to ensure the hair is applied correctly and lasts as long as possible. Do not attempt to sew-in at home without experience — incorrect installation can cause breakage to your natural hair.

1. Gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb starting from the ends up. 2. Wet hair with cool or lukewarm water — avoid hot water. 3. Apply a sulfate-free shampoo, gently working it through without rubbing in circles. 4. Rinse thoroughly. 5. Apply a moisturizing conditioner, leave for 3–5 minutes, then rinse. 6. Pat dry with a microfiber towel — never rub. 7. Air dry on a wig stand, or blow-dry on low heat.

For daily wear, wash every 7–10 days. For occasional wear (2–3x per week), every 2 weeks is sufficient. Over-washing strips the hair of its natural moisture. Always use sulfate-free, alcohol-free products formulated for human hair.

Since wigs and bundles are no longer attached to a scalp producing natural oils, moisture needs to be added manually. Apply a leave-in conditioner or hair oil (argan oil, jojoba oil) lightly after washing. Sleep with the hair in a loose braid or satin bonnet to prevent frizz. Store the wig on a wig stand when not in use.

While technically possible, we recommend removing your wig before sleeping to extend its lifespan. If you do sleep with it on, braid or twist the hair, cover with a satin bonnet, and sleep on a satin or silk pillowcase. This reduces tangles and friction significantly.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard shipping then takes 3–7 days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Yes — you can cancel your order for a full refund by contacting us within 1 hour of placing it. Email info.sandshair@gmail.com or call 708-808-0067 with your order number. After 1 hour, your order may already be packed for shipment and can no longer be canceled.

Yes! All orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Orders under $150 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we are working on — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number on the FedEx website to track your package in real time.

If your item is unused, unworn, and still in its original, unopened packaging, you can return it within 30 days of your order for store credit. Just email info.sandshair@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. For hygiene reasons, opened, worn, or used items can't be returned. Please double-check your length, texture, density, and color before ordering — our Size Guide and product descriptions are there to help.
